GARNER, N.C. -

One armed robbery suspect is in custody and another is on the run after a man was robbed at gunpoint in Garner.

According to police, Jose Arangure was walking home Monday after his car broke down and was approached by 20-year-old Dezi Noriko Harris. Police say Harris forced Arangure to go to the Bryan Woods Apartments, 922-A4 Bryan Place, at gunpoint.

The victim said a second suspect, identified as Hubert Anthony Best, also displayed a handgun at the apartment. Arangure said the suspects stole his wallet and threatened him if he reported it to police. The victim did report it to police after being released unharmed.

Garner Police executed a search warrant at 922-A4 Bryand Place and found Best inside the apartment. Investigators recovered a stolen handgun in the apartment they believe he used during the robbery. Best has been charged with robbery with firearm and possession of a stolen firearm.

Warrants have been issued for Harris of 1913 Auburn Road. He has been charged with robbery with a firearm and 2nd degree kidnapping. His location is unknown and police are looking for him.

If anyone has information, contact the Garner Police at (919) 772-8810.
