All lanes of I-95 in Cumberland County have reopened after major delays Tuesday morning.
A major accident Monday night forced northbound lanes and one of two southbound lanes to close on I-95 between mile markers 65 and 70, northeast of Fayetteville.
A tanker stopped to help a disabled vehicle when another truck hit the tanker on the road, causing a fire.
There's no word of any injuries.
