CARY, N.C. -
An accident involving at least five vehicles shut down most lanes of Interstate 40 westbound between the Reedy Creek overpass and Harrison Avenue exit.
All lanes are back open and the scene has been cleared.
The call came in around 2 p.m., according to Highway Patrol.
There's no word on any injuries.
