If work consumes you and destroys your personal life, you could be a workaholic but is that the way you want to live the rest of your life? Working hard is great, but you need to be able to turn it off and savor the other parts of your life -- friends, family, hobbies, and fun. A Raleigh native and WRAL-TV meteorologist since 1998, Elizabeth will share her secrets for maintaining a healthy work/life balance from the perspective of a wife, mother and extremely busy meteorologist.
