Kane Realty Corporation announced new tenants at North Hills Wednesday.
Many of these businesses will be located within the $1 billion expansion at North Hills that includes an additional 1,800 residential units, 1 million square feet of office space, 250,000 square feet of retail space, 800 hotel rooms and more green space.
131 Main Restaurant
131 Main will be the first restaurant at CAPTRUST Tower, a 17-story mixed-use, Class A office development. North Hills will be the full-service restaurant's first location in Raleigh. The restaurant has three Charlotte locations and another location opening soon in Asheville. 131 Main is an upscale, yet casual, restaurant serving updated American classics with an emphasis on fresh food. Everything prepared at the restaurant is made from scratch with the freshest ingredients. Its relaxed atmosphere, reasonably priced menu and excellent wine list make 131 Main the perfect place for a business lunch, a quiet evening out, drinks with friends, or dinner with the family. 131 Main will be open for lunch and dinner. Expansive outdoor seating will be available.

Unlike other Bruegger's locations, the North Hills Bruegger's will feature an expanded menu, extended evening hours, and specialty coffee and dessert selections.
In addition to the items available in all Bruegger's restaurants, the North Hills location will offer freshly baked breads for sandwiches, made-to-order salads with a selection of home-made dressings, and additional soup choices that include vegetarian options.
Extended evening hours will allow the restaurant to transition into a dessertery with a daily selection of freshly made desserts. Espressos, lattes and cappuccinos will complement dessert and enhance Bruegger's existing coffee selections.
Location: Bruegger's will be located in a standalone building situated in a courtyard located across from CAPTRUST Tower, which is an area with green space and outdoor seating. This space is similar to The Commons in the current North Hills, where Starbucks and Ben & Jerry's are located.

CoolSweats is a boutique specializing in comfortable and sophisticated leisure clothing for women.
CoolSweats is based in Pinehurst and has another location in Wrightsville Beach.

Harris Teeter's first store offering two levels of shopping in the Triangle is under construction. The 48,200-square-foot grocery store is located within the Park & Market Apartments at North Hills, giving residents direct, in-building access. An interior-structured parking deck adjacent to the store will make it easy for North Hills residents and visitors to shop at Harris Teeter.

Lee Spa Nails is opening its second full-service nail salon at North Hills. Lee Spa Nails was recently voted "Best in the Triangle" and offers a lounge and bar tables for group parties. Free beverages such as soft drinks, iced tea, mineral water and wine are served. A 10 percent discount is available on six or more services. Gift cards are also available.

The North Hills Salon Blu will be the company's third location in Raleigh. Co-owners Todd and Jennifer Fincher say their clients demand high standards, the latest styles and the newest colors. Jennifer Fincher was previously a creative team member with Rusk International. The salon offers stylists opportunities for ongoing education in the latest techniques and color processes, making it a leader in the beauty industry.
